Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, public administration, social work).
• At least five years of community organizing and partnership development experience.
• Five years managing or supervising teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement programs in schools and communities.
• Establish alliances with school boards, law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Supervise a team of prevention specialists delivering trainings and workshops.
• Implement evidence-based prevention services and curriculum fidelity.
• Coordinate program evaluation and reporting to stakeholders.
• Attend evenings/weekends for contract deliverables.
