We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Program Operations Manager to manage the operational integrity, accuracy, and execution of customer programs supporting distributor and national account sales. This role performs intermediate professional account and operations functions, ensuring reliable program setup, rebate execution, incentive payments, and data integrity so commercial teams can operate with confidence.
The POM partners cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Rebates, and IT to support scalable, audit‑ready commercial operations while contributing to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and controls. Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office.

$69,440 - 86,800. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
