Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management required.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience creating project tracking spreadsheets, formatting reports and schedules, entering test data and preparing formatted reports.
• Experience coordinating, planning and procuring job site material and supply logistics including scheduling, pick-up and delivery.
• Experience monitoring project timelines with trackers, and presenting insights to leadership.
• Ability to work in challenging warehouse and field environments.
• Willingness to learn quickly with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create and track mission schedules for program integration, evaluation and test events.
• Budget support: create spreadsheets, track costs, ensure funding adherence.
• Provide hands-on technical and logistical support in warehouse and field environments.
• Prepare daily/monthly status reports and schedules for evaluation events and personnel support.
• Coordinate supplies, procurement, facilities and field deployment tents for evaluations.
