Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Program Operations Support professional to assist program, budget, technical, administrative and logistics managers in executing DoD R&D programs at Fort Dix and Lakehurst, NJ.

  • Experience in creating project tracking spreadsheets, formatting reports and schedules, entering test data and preparing formatted reports that support the Program, Budget, Technical, Administrative and Logistics management tasking
  • Experience in coordinating, planning and procuring job site material and supply logistics to include scheduling, pick-up, and delivery.
  • Monitoring project timelines by maintaining detailed trackers, authoring comprehensive monthly reports on the progress of pre-clinical studies, and presenting insights to center leadership.
  • Ability to work in challenging Warehouse and Field environments under extreme seasonal weather conditions.
  • Hands-On experience supporting the set-up and tear down of building/tent/office structures and the respective office environment supplies and services required to execute field-based evaluations.
  • Ability to learn and quickly understand challenges, identify and implement solutions with minimal supervisory oversight.

The Opportunity

Provide Program Operations support to Program, Budget, Technical, Administrative and Logistics managers in the execution of Department of the Army Research and Development (R&D) Programs. Support the execution of R&D programs that are operationally exercised and evaluated at Fort Dix and Lakehurst New Jersey to identify Technological Solutions to Complex Military Operational Mission Requirements. Provide Hands-On technical and logistical support to Tactical Ground and Aerial Platforms that are integrated with the latest technologies and evaluated in both Lab and Field environments to replicate Military Operational Scenarios and Challenges that are faced in Real World Mission Environments.

Responsibilities
  • Program support will require the individual to create and track mission schedules associated with execution of program integration, evaluation and test events.
  • Budgetary support will include creating spreadsheets and tracking and managing program costs and budgets to identify and ensure execution of programs are within the allocated contractual funding awarded to the respective R&D program.
  • Technical support will require the individual to work in a warehouse and field environment with "Hands On" support of the various tactical and aerial platforms under evaluation. This will expose the individual to the environmental challenges that occur based on the various seasonal weather conditions throughout the year.
  • Administrative support will include preparing daily/monthly status reports, preparing, recording and tracking daily schedules, associated with the execution of the associated evaluation events and the personnel supporting these events, travel and supply requests and purchases as required.
  • Logistics support will include the coordination of supplies required, preparation of purchase orders, picking up supplies, facilities and platform maintenance, setting up field-based support facilities/tents and the associated supplies required to be deployed in a field environment while evaluation events are executed.

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$48,300-$96,600
