Job summary

Stealth Battery Startup is seeking a Manager, Program Operations to build and lead the operational arm of our Programs & Execution organization. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure materials, planning, and execution support for R&D and NPI programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hardware NPI, program operations, materials management, or related field.
• Experience supporting dynamic engineering or NPI builds with changing BOMs and schedules.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale the Program Operations function including EPS and Material Control.
• Partner with EPMs to translate schedules into material demand and execution priorities.
• Establish and own the Clear to Build (CTB) process with visibility into material availability and risks.
• Own material planning and build forecasting across development programs.
• Lead tactical supply execution including purchasing coordination and supplier delivery.
• Define interfaces with GSM separating program execution from strategic sourcing.
• Oversee Material Control: inventory, receiving, shipping, and traceability.
• Ensure critical materials are available for prototyping, validation, and NPI builds.
• Identify material constraints early and drive mitigation plans.
• Create dashboards and metrics for visibility into material readiness.
