Job summary

Qualifications

• MSW or MHC graduation is required, license within one year of employment.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in social services.
• Minimum three years post-Master’s experience in social services, housing, or emergency shelter.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills; able to work in a team and assess tenants’ needs.
• Experience with harm reduction models and working with chronically homeless populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to the case management staff.
• Promote learning and professional development across the team.
• Review documentation and ensure high standards of care.
• Conduct internal chart reviews with the Program Director.
• Review dashboards and monthly reports to track outcomes.
