Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of supervision or leadership in human services for adults with disabilities.
Four-year degree in related field with 1 year in disability services; or two-year degree with 2 years of experience.
Must pass background checks and be eligible to work in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

Provide on-the-job supervision and guidance to staff.
Ensure person-centered, age-appropriate, community-focused services.
Develop and implement daily staff and client schedules.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
