Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, executive operations, nonprofit administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the Executive Leadership project tracker with priorities, timelines, owners, and dependencies.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable work plans and milestones with the CEO/ELT.
• Monitor cross-functional progress, flag risks, and support course correction.
• Prepare executive dashboards, summaries, and briefing materials for informed decision making.
• Support leadership meetings with agendas, materials, and action items.
