Job summary

Steampunk is seeking a Program Operations Analyst to drive coordination and operational excellence in a complex federal delivery environment. You will partner with PMs, delivery leads, and functional leaders to translate strategy into coordinated execution across teams.

The role emphasizes proactive issue identification, follow-through, and establishing an operating rhythm that enables leadership to focus on client relationships, performance, and high-value decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years of related experience.
Strong ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable recommendations.
Experience coordinating across product, engineering, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the program operating rhythm, including reporting and leadership readouts.
Maintain an integrated view of program delivery across multiple teams and workstreams.
Lead program-level planning and coordination to align team plans with priorities.
Identify cross-team risks, dependencies, and delivery issues and drive resolution.
Produce concise leadership-ready reports and presentations to support decision-making.
Establish clear expectations for program reporting and management artifacts.
