Job summary

Community Harvest of Central Vermont (CHCV) is hiring a Program Operation and Data Manager to work with the Executive Director and volunteers to recover and distribute food, maintain facilities, and manage data processes, analyses, and reporting. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and data handling in a fast-paced environment.

The position is 30–40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and occasional weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; Excel and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Recover and distribute food to recipient site partners.
• Maintain facilities and manage data processes, analyses, and reporting.
• Work with Executive Director and volunteers.
• In-person with some remote work and flexible schedule.
