Job summary

PCORI seeks a Program Officer 2, Evidence Synthesis, Emerging Interventions in Washington, DC. You will lead complex, multi-topic projects within ESA, develop statements of work, manage contracts, and engage patients and payers to advance emerging interventions.

The role requires expertise in health technology assessment, evidence synthesis, and strong project and relationship management. Travel as needed to support program objectives and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with health technology assessment is required.
• Experience with evidence synthesis is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and contracts.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Experience working with patients and payers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Emerging Interventions Assessment projects, including scoping and evidence synthesis reviews.
• Oversee contracts and vendors, including RFPs, milestones, and quality reviews.
• Identify new topics for scoping reviews and horizon scanning.
• Engage stakeholders such as patients and payers to align with PCORI priorities.
• Collaborate with PCORI staff across teams to implement program activities.
