Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR certification is required within the first fourteen days.
• Must obtain Tuberculosis clearance within seven days.
• Experience with substance abuse and mental illness issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe all persons entering and exiting the building.
• Document and report all incidents during the shift.
• Facilitate Medication Observation.
• Respond to all incidents and assist in emergencies.
• Perform regular security and wellness checks.

Skills

Bilingual in Spanish

Proficiency with Microsoft programs

Excellent organizational skills

Integrity to handle sensitive information

Knowledge of co-occurring disorders

Education
