Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree and one year of professional experience monitoring, developing, or implementing accounting systems or programs.
• Substitution: Additional graduate coursework may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis to a max of one year.
• Travel: All positions require travel; willingness to travel is required to be considered.
• Background checks: A criminal history disclosure form and fingerprinting may be required by the appointing authority.

Responsibilities

• Collects and complies data relating to service delivery prior to on-site visits and analyzes documentation to verify program compliance.
• Leads the review process by identifying team members and delegating tasks for planning and data collection.
• Determines if programs meet contract or grant standards and tracks corrective action plans.
• Tests program activities for Civil Rights, eligibility, and other requirements to ensure compliance.
• Examines staff/client ratios, inventories, and other evidence to verify contract requirements.
• Reports results and discusses observations with management to inform corrective action.
• Explains policies and interprets regulations to internal and external customers for consistent information.
• Schedules agency site visits based on locations and operating hours.
