Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure creation of the program scope management plan.
• Create the program schedule management plan.
• Ensure corrective action is taken when program schedule variances occur.
• Create the program quality management plan and identify quality standards and metrics.
• Operate with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and team members.
• Conduct tests and analyses to ensure systems and applications meet standards and end-user requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop test plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Identify defects and perform root cause analyses; recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate clearly and diplomatically; craft high-quality presentations and narratives.
• Capture and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows with business stakeholders.
• Develop expertise to become a subject-matter expert for business and IT teams.
• Support IT processes such as change management, release planning, UAT, and incident resolution.
• Collect, measure, and analyze program performance data; identify and resolve program issues using established methods.
• Assist in planning, directing, and coordinating day-to-day activities of a program or portfolio.
• Review and analyze financials; investigate variances and report findings.
• Identify primary drivers for cost movements and ensure costs align with budget and plan.
• Ensure proper accounting bookings and timely accrual entries; provide reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitor monthly productivity and contribute to reporting of productivity savings.
• Maintain hiring and attrition trackers; provide weekly variance analysis and staffing reports.
• Prepare monthly packages for senior partners and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and Citi policies; escalate and report control issues.
• Willing to work night shifts in India.
