About the Position:

This position serves as the Program Management Branch Chief within the Healthcare Production Center at Kansas City District. The Program Management Branch Chief will lead subordinate teams of program and project managers in the HPC.

Specialized Experience GS-14: To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which includes: 1) Experience in program and project management involving studies, designs and/or construction; 2) Experience utilizing Project Management Information Systems (PROMIS) to manage schedules and resourcing; AND 3) Experience implementing Quality Management Systems including development and execution of Quality Management Plans and Quality procedures.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
