Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) OpEx to lead cross-functional safety projects from concept to completion. You will scope plans, drive execution, and communicate status, risks, and changes to senior management.

Some travel (≤25%) may be required as you align safety initiatives with business goals. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI reporting, and collaboration with multiple internal teams to ensure safety excellence and project success

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Bachelor's degree earned.

Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery.
Set clear program goals, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
Navigate ambiguities in business scenarios with creative problem-solving.
