Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs Administration, Counseling, or Education with 7–9 years of related experience.
• Experience in veteran affairs, post-secondary programs, or government funding is preferred.
• Ability to budget, manage grants, and develop external partnerships.
• Proven skill in forming internal and external collaborations and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, and serve military-connected students and provide inclusive support.
• Develop co-curricular programming; assess and revise programs; coordinate with campus offices.
• Seek, write, and manage grants; develop partnerships with external organizations.
• Supervise and develop professional and student staff; build university and community relationships.
• Communicate diplomatically with diverse campus stakeholders and partners.
