What to Expect:
This Program Manager will orchestrate new vehicle programs from concept to creation – supporting the full spectrum of development and validation from early prototype builds, through start of production and ramp. They will lead vehicle firmware releases by pushing the software organization to hit aggressive milestones. This Program Manager can identify engineering inefficiencies within the organization and drive cutting-edge improvements to resolve them through the introduction of new processes or tooling. This role will support firmware rollouts to our engineering fleet, as well as the full vehicle life cycle, and work alongside a myriad of partners to support various engineering needs, such as prototype hardware retrofit campaigns, creating engineering vehicle builds, driving confidence accumulation, and more.

Expected Compensation:
$68,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
