Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a Program Manager V to lead the operational execution of a nationwide community investment and grants program. This remote role spans multiple sites across the United States, with occasional domestic travel.

You will manage program cadence, vendor coordination, budgets, compliance, reporting, and cross-functional communications to ensure timely, accurate delivery while upholding governance standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management and related experience.
• Experience coordinating programs across multiple locations with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong budget management, procurement, invoicing, and financial tracking.
• Experience preparing documentation for Legal, Finance, Procurement, and leadership.
• Exceptional written communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or other PM certification preferred.

Location: Remote (Eastern or Central Time preferred; PST considered)

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extensions)

Travel: Occasional domestic travel

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive the operational execution of a large-scale community investment and grants program spanning multiple locations across the United States. This role is responsible for managing the recurring program cadence, vendor coordination, budget tracking, compliance documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications that enable successful delivery across numerous sites.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized program operations professional who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and can manage multiple moving pieces while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and timelines.

Required Qualifications

Experience preparing documentation for Legal, Finance, Procurement, and leadership stakeholders.

Exceptional written communication and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree required.

Project Management, Program Management, or Event Management certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting grants administration, corporate giving, community engagement, or philanthropy programs.

Experience using AI tools for reporting, operational analysis, data management, or process improvements.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/program-tracking platforms.

Experience managing external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
