Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) in Poway, CA, is seeking a Program Manager to support Contract Logistics for the USAF CLS program.

You will work with GA-ASI teams and the USAF customer to develop, test, modify, deliver, and sustain MQ-9 Reaper fleet components. The role reports to a senior PM and requires strong program management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in engineering, science or a related technical field.
• Demonstrates program management principles and leadership skills including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute projects for the USAF CLS program.
• Coordinate planning, proposal development, and negotiations of DMS modification programs.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with USAF logistics and acquisition processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for management.
