Job summary

Urban Land Institute in Washington, DC seeks a Project Manager for Digital & Operations to lead cross-functional initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic plan. The role focuses on coordinating vendors, internal stakeholders, and project managers to deliver complex implementations on schedule.

You will begin with smaller onboarding projects, then move to larger, end-to-end initiatives across tools, platforms, and operations, all within a nonprofit environment that values

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to move between methodologies and tools project to project.
• Familiarity with project management platforms (Monday.com, Jira, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical implementation projects, coordinating RFPs, vendor selection, and delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation vendors, ensuring scope and schedule adherence.
• Support larger organization-wide initiatives in a coverage and support capacity.
