Job summary

Quantech Services Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large NGA task order, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and client satisfaction. The role requires strategic leadership across contract management, finance, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in program or project management, 5+ years leading large multi-disciplinary teams, and a TS/SCI CI Poly clearance. On-site work in the Washington, DC area with some CONUS travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in program or project management.
• At least 5 years managing a large-scale task order (40+ personnel) in NGA or similar
• Strong knowledge of federal contracting processes (FAR, DFARS) and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the task order.
• Define program goals, KPIs, and align with contract requirements and client needs.
• Manage program budget, forecast resource needs, and ensure financial goals are met.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 40+ professionals including subcontractors.
• Build and maintain positive client/stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee deliverables, ensure quality standards and timely submissions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.
• Prepare regular program status reports for leadership and client.
