Job summary

Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas is seeking a Program Manager for the Shalom House Men’s Transitional Living Program to provide supervision and leadership for staff, coordinate services, and ensure quality client care. You will oversee assessments, admissions, scheduling, reporting, and staff development, partnering with the Director and management team to meet program goals.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in management and/or team lead in social services.
Minimum of 1 year of case management experience.
Experience with homeless populations and local social service agencies.
Ability to work in a diverse environment and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

Supervise and provide training to program staff.
Oversee all aspects of the program, including assessments, intakes, and crisis management.
Oversee admissions by reviewing records and orientations.
Coordinate services, arrange resources, including transportation.
Assist in recruitment and scheduling for staff.
Prepare regular program reports for agency and funding sources.
Support management in long-term program and agency goals.
Adhere to agency policies, contracts, and budgets.
