Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager - Technical Security Support Services to lead the overall management, execution, integration, quality, staffing, and performance of all contract requirements supporting DOE Safeguards and Security (S&S) programs.

The role requires strategic leadership across personnel security, industrial security, information security, classification, badging, and FOCI, with a focus on coordinating with federal leadership, site offices,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience managing federal security, safeguards, or national security programs.
• Experience managing large, complex federal contracts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of DOE orders and security regulations; DOE/DoD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive direction for contract performance, staffing, and overall program management.
• Oversee personnel security, information security, classification, badging, and facility clearance programs.
• Coordinate with DOE COR/CO and federal leadership to ensure alignment and reporting.
• Develop and implement QA, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor budgets, staffing projections, and resource utilization; ensure regulatory compliance.
