Job summary

Westchester Medical Center Health Network is seeking a Program Administrator to support the SAAVE program, assisting the Senior Director with day-to-day office management, grants, trainings, screenings, and data analysis for grant applications.

The role also oversees volunteers, provides 24/7 crisis support, and coordinates escorts to hospitals and courts to ensure survivors receive timely services.

Qualifications

• Experience in victim services and crisis counseling.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and victim rights.
• Ability to supervise volunteers and coordinate teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Accompany victims to medical/forensic exams, court, police stations, and other appointments as needed.
• Provide information, referrals, practical assistance and crisis intervention to victims.
• Conduct hospital screenings and safety assessments; develop safety plans.
• Oversee crisis interventions, supportive listening and case management for all victims.
