Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks a Program Manager Support to assist Guardian Appraisal activities at Joint Base San Antonio - Randolph. The role includes supporting correction and appeal processes, facilitating board reviews, managing waiver requests, and coordinating with stakeholders to improve policy, guidance, and IT systems for Guardian Appraisals.

Required are 10+ years in Operations/Analysis/Policy, familiarity with DAF HR IT systems, and a secret security clearance, with a Bachelor's

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Operations, Analysis, Policy or Planning.
• Background in DAF personnel or human resources career field desired.
• Familiarity with DAF Human Resources IT systems.
• Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree (may be substituted with relevant experience).

Responsibilities

• Support Guardian Appraisal activities, including correction/appeal processes and board reviews.
• Manage waiver requests, trouble tickets, issues, and guidance for stakeholders.
• Improve policy, guidance, and IT systems related to Guardian Appraisals.
• Deliver recommendations in professional formats (email, background papers, briefing slides).
• Maintain security measures to protect PII.
• Develop, implement and improve Guardian Appraisal training for stakeholders.

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Program Manager Support person to join our team. This position will be located at Joint Base San Antonio - Randolph.

• The contractor shallassistthe government in executing Guardian Appraisal activities in alignment with SPFI 36-2401. Duties include supporting the administrative correction and appeal processes,facilitatingthe board review process, managing waiver requests,managing trouble tickets, resolving issues, providing guidance, and working with stakeholders to improve policy, guidance, and IT systems associated with Guardian Appraisals.
• Understanding of current policies, programs and procedures governing the DAF’s and USSF’s appraisal system and appraisal’s impact across other personnel programs.
• Develop, implement, sustain, and improve training activities to ensure stakeholders have the necessary knowledge and skills.
• Manage andmaintaineffectiverecord keeping of communications with customers and communicate them with leadership.
• Execute Guardian Appraisal programs in alignment with emerging USSF policy.
• Deliver recommendations in a professional format not limitedto;email, bullet background paper, briefing slides, messaging, and briefings.
• Responsible forutilizingall security measures to protect PII.
