Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Program Security Representative at Peterson SFB, CO. This role provides day-to-day multi-discipline analysis for collateral, SCI, and SAP activities in a secure environment and requires interaction with DoD personnel and industry partners.

You will adhere to ICDs/DoDMs/CJCSIs policies, develop SAP/SCI protection procedures, and support the Operations Security program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a secure environment with collateral, SCI, and SAP security processes.
• Experience with Task Management Tool (TMT).
• 4+ years of administrative support experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility, eligibility for access to SAP Information, willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to ICDs/DoDMs/CJCSIs, and SAP policy.
• Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data.
• Provide day-to-day security support including assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and recommend improvements.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
• Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews, and close-outs.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons into the curriculum for SAP security education and awareness.
• Monitor progress toward tasking and initiatives.
• Manage the directorate’s tasking using the Task Management Tool (TMT) on NIPRnet and SIPRnet.

This position will provide "day-to-day" multi-discipline analysis for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities. The Program Security Representative will work in a dynamic, secure environment and is required to effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel, and industry partners.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the ICDs/DoDMs/CJCSIs, and SAP policy
• Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of US military operations
• Provide day-to-day security support that includes continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and provide appropriate recommendations for revising and improving security policies, procedures, and systems
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program
• Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to ensure lessons learned are incorporated into the curriculum for the SAP security education & awareness program
• Monitor progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives
• Manage the directorate’s assigned tasking’s using the Task Management Tool (TMT)) on the NIPRnet and SIPRnet coordinating with action officers to ensure they are aware of assigned tasks and due dates

• 5+ years of experience working in a secure environment with a comprehensive understanding of collateral, SCI, and SAP security processes, policies, procedures, and directives
• Experience with Task Management Tool (TMT)
• 4+ years of administrative support experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility, eligibility for access to SAP Information, willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
