Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Program Manager Support professional to join our team at Joint Base San Antonio - Randolph. The role focuses on Guardian Appraisal activities, coordinating with government stakeholders and ensuring compliant, timely deliverables in a dynamic defense environment.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in operations, policy, or HR-related programs, and hold a Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree or applicable experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Operations, Analysis, Policy or Planning field.
• Background in DAF personnel or human resources career field desired.
• Familiarity with DAF Human Resources IT systems.
• Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree (may be substituted with relevant experience).

Responsibilities

• Assist government in executing Guardian Appraisal activities in alignment with SPFI 36-2401.
• Support administrative correction and appeal processes and facilitate board reviews.
• Manage waiver requests, trouble tickets, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, sustain, and improve training activities for stakeholders.
• Maintain effective record keeping of communications with customers and leadership.
• Deliver recommendations in professional formats (email, background papers, slides, briefings).
• Protect PII using appropriate security measures.
