• Assists with coordinating orientation
• Assists with graduation logistics
• Retains records for students enrolled in Focused Learning Opportunities
• Maintains theCanvas advising shell
• Manages thestudent tracking spreadsheet
• Lead special projects for Academic and Student Affairs, and serve on GCSW committees and strategic planning committees
• Assist with administrative tasks related to scholarships
• Schedule events in AdAstra
• Test Fee Bill
• Manage Microsoft Forms
• Manage Admissions and Student Affairs SharePoint Site
• Assists advisors withpaperwork and administrative tasks
• Oversee DPR and assists students in using DPR
• Other projects and duties as assigned

MQ: Education: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Experience: No experience required.
