Job summary

The Great American Songbook Foundation seeks a Songbook Academy Program Manager to lead the year-round operations and outreach for the Songbook Academy, the Foundation’s premier educational program for high school vocalists. This role coordinates timelines, communications, and logistics from recruitment through Academy Week and alumni engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing logistics for multi-participant programs and events.
• Experience developing outreach communications and managing social media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate applications and participant preparation.
• Lead Songbook Academy Week logistics.
• Coordinate program personnel and onboarding of staff and volunteers.
• Develop year-round outreach with educators, students, and music organizations.
• Manage outreach content and social media editorial plan.
