Job summary

Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts invites a Program Manager to lead the Songbook Academy’s year-round operations and outreach. You will coordinate applications, adjudication, and communications for students and families, and manage Songbook Academy Week logistics, housing, transport, and on-site needs.

You will also recruit and onboard faculty and mentors, build relationships with educators and partners, and oversee social media and monthly eNews content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in arts administration, education, music, communications, business, or related field.
• Experience managing logistics for programs with multiple participants and deadlines.
• Experience developing outreach communications and social media content.
• Experience with student recruitment, alumni engagement, or performing arts education is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead year-round operations and outreach for Songbook Academy.
• Coordinate applications, adjudication, registration, and participant communications.
• Oversee Songbook Academy Week logistics including housing, transportation, and catering.
• Coordinate program personnel and onboarding for faculty, mentors, and staff.
• Develop and manage year-round outreach with educators, students, families and partners.
• Manage social media and editorial plan for monthly eNews and campaigns.
