Job summary

NYC Department of Social Services is seeking an Administrative Director of Social Services NM I to serve as Program Manager within SUPPM. You will oversee rehabilitation services across CAS programs, supervise social workers, and drive cross-agency collaboration to improve client pathways and outcomes.

Under the direction of CAS leadership, you will design policies, produce performance reports, and manage key partnerships with HRA divisions and service providers.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree and four years of progressively responsible experience, including one year in administrative/managerial level in a large governmental agency or equivalent.
• Alternative: degree and experience as described above was satisfied with equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, coordinate, and support rehabilitation services across CAS programs to ensure comprehensive client services.
• Supervise CAS Social Workers, provide oversight and professional development, and check field-site work.
• Collaborate with OBSS to strengthen workflows and care coordination within ORS delivery.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to improve cross-agency collaboration and service delivery.
• Design, implement, and maintain policies to streamline operations and client services.
• Produce program reports, analyze performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform additional duties and lead special projects as assigned.
