The City of New York's Office of Rehabilitation Services seeks an Administrative Director of SOC (1005C) to lead rehabilitation services across CAS programs, align with goals, and supervise CAS Social Workers. This role promotes service coordination and strong staff development within a complex public sector environment.
You will collaborate with OBSS, design policies, and produce performance reports to enhance care delivery for vulnerable populations, with cross-agency collaboration at the core
Under the direction of the Assistant Deputy Commissioner, with the Office of Rehabilitation Services, the Project Manager, Substance Use Policy, Planning & Monitoring (SUPPM) will work across CAS programs to facilitate the integration of rehabilitation services into client pathways. ensuring alignment with program goals and client outcomes. This role includes overseeing CAS Social Workers, promoting services coordination, and enhancing the delivery of comprehensive services for vulnerable populations.
Hours/Schedule: 9:00am-17:00pm (Flexible)
