Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a strategic leader to drive the Skilled Trades Academy, translating national goals into local programming and partnerships. You will build employer relationships across skilled trades, plan events, drive enrollment, and oversee training providers to ensure high-quality participant experiences, with a focus on outcomes and impact storytelling.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently.

• Professionalism, adaptability, and a self-starter mentality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and virtual platforms.
• Experience working with the military community or transition programs (nice to have).
• Familiarity with DoD SkillBridge (nice to have).
• Exposure to skilled trades (nice to have).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (nice to have).
