A financial services organization is seeking a Program Manager to support their Shared Services division. This remote role in North Carolina will involve leading complex, cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment across stakeholders and the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in project management and preferred PMP or PgMP certifications. This Program Manager will support the Banks Shared Services division, and will be responsible for leading and developing complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation. The role ensures alignment across stakeholders, maintains execution momentum, and provides structure and accountability across multiple workstreams. When a dedicated project manager is not assigned, the Program Manager assumes full project leadership to ensure successful accountability. The Program Manager provides visibility, organization, and decision support through effective use of project management tools, project plans, initiative logs, RACI charts, and executive-requested outputs. Analysis, documentation, and executive-level updates produced by this role enable business unit leaders and senior leadership to make informed decisions and advance strategic priorities. This position will be hired remotely in North Carolina.
