BAYADA's Senior Living Solutions is seeking a Senior Living Program Manager to develop and implement customized care solutions for communities in Sterling, Ashburn, Leesburg, Winchester and Great Falls counties. The role blends clinical insight with strategic leadership to align goals across multiple management levels and senior living partners.

You will lead data-driven programming, drive outcomes, and mentor teams while pursuing ongoing growth opportunities within a mission-driven nonprofit

Qualifications

• Current VA licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP Required (PT background strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated business development / leadership experience
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and multiple platforms

BAYADA's Senior Living Solutions is a partnership-focused service line that brings a full continuum of care directly into senior living communities, with the goal of helping residents stay safe, healthy, and able to age in place. It offers communities access to multiple services through ONE Team, including fitness and wellness, therapy, nursing care, personal care/companionship, palliative care, hospice, and staffing support.

As the Senior Living Program Manager, you will be a dynamic influencer managing solutions for communities and their residents throughout our unique continuum of care in Senior Living in Sterling, Ashburn, Leesburg, Winchester and Great Falls counties.

Are you a solutions-oriented, team-focused Nurse, Therapist, or Therapy Assistant (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)? Responsibilities

As the Senior Living Program Manager, you will be a key team member developing and implementing unique solutions to help the communities and residents we serve meet their goals. Additionally, you will exemplify our commitment to excellence by strategically treating patients and ensuring best practices are carried out by all team members to deliver on our differentiated offerings. Through the utilization of outcome driven data analytics, this role will analyze key metrics and develop plans to create customized programming and offerings for those we serve. Qualifications

• Current VA licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP Required (PT background strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated business development / leadership experience
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and multiple platforms
• Experience in the senior living setting
• Home Health and/ or Outpatient experience is desirable

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 / year depending on qualifications
