Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to develop solutions for senior living communities and their residents in Anne Arundel County, MD. You will lead a team to deliver patient care and align services to meet community goals.

BAYADA’s Senior Living Solutions is a partnership-focused service line that brings a full continuum of care directly into senior living communities, helping residents stay safe, healthy, and able to age in place. Through ONE Team , communities can access fitness and wellness, therapy, nursing care, personal care and companionship, palliative care, hospice, and staffing support.

As a Clinical Program Manager, you will develop solutions for senior living communities and their residents throughout Anne Arundel County, MD.

Compensation: $85,000–$90,000, with eligibility for a quarterly incentive based on performance metrics.
