Job summary

Modine seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead high-impact programs across engineering, procurement, and operations. This role requires structured planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery.

You will supervise project managers, coordinate cross-workstream activities, and promote PMO practices to improve project outcomes. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 8+ years of PM experience, with PMP preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• PMP or other applicable framework (ideal).
• Experience in manufacturing or technical environments.

Position Description

This role leads high-impact programs ensuring successful delivery through structured planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment. They may oversee project managers and coordinate across workstreams to ensure program cohesion.

Additionally, this individual serves as a change agent, helping to embed PMO (Project Management Office) practices throughout engineering, procurement, and operations functions.
