Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a results-driven PMO leader to drive high-impact programs from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate across workstreams, oversee project managers, and ensure cohesive execution aligned with strategic goals.

The role emphasizes embedding PMO practices across engineering, procurement, and operations, while delivering budgets, plans, and risk mitigation strategies that support Modine's global manufacturing footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• PMP or other applicable framework
• Experience in manufacturing or technical environments

This role leads high-impact programs ensuring successful delivery through structured planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment. They may oversee project managers and coordinate across workstreams to ensure program cohesion.

Additionally, this individual serves as a change agent, helping to embed PMO (Project Management Office) practices throughout engineering, procurement, and operations functions.
