Modine Manufacturing Company in Grenada, MS, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple interrelated projects within a coordinated program. You will ensure alignment with business goals, promote standardized PMO processes, and optimize resource allocation across engineering, procurement, and operations.

This role acts as a change agent, embedding PMO practices across the organization and driving governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational change skills.
• PMP preferred (or other applicable framework).

This role is responsible for managing multiple interrelated projects as part of a coordinated program. The Program Manager ensures that all initiatives align with business goals, promote the adoption of standardized processes, and optimize resource allocation across teams. They work closely with workstream leads and cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Additionally, this individual serves as a change agent, helping to embed PMO (Project Management Office) practices throughout engineering, procurement, and operations functions.
