Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions in McLean, VA, seeks a Program Manager for Security & Adjudicative Support Services (TS/SCI with FSP). You will lead a high-volume program, acting as the main liaison between the contractor and Government, reporting to the COTR.

Responsibilities include PMR leadership, PMP-driven delivery, personnel security oversight, cost control, and process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
• 6+ years as a Program Manager for similar scope/complexity (HS + exp).
• Experience with ICD 704 regulations and clearance adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct all program activities per PMP with emphasis on efficiency and quality.
• Lead monthly PMRs (CDRL-006) with COTR and CO.
• Ensure SOW requirements are delivered per PMP; manage cost and scheduling.
