Job summary

The Building People is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate program support activities for a fast-growing team. The role will manage day-to-day operations, supervise contractor staff, coordinate timelines and deliverables, liaise with federal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with applicable agency and federal regulations.

Telework arrangements are subject to change based on customer requirements. A Bachelor’s Degree and strong leadership skills are required; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, business management or contract management.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractor personnel.
• Provide onsite supervision and operational oversight of contractor support team.
• Coordinate task assignments and ensure timely delivery of work products.
• Communicate regularly with COR and program office designated leads to align support with program priorities.
• Track performance metrics and submit monthly status reports.
• Assist in conflict resolution and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Support staffing efforts, including onboarding, training, escorting, and performance evaluation of contractor staff.
• Escort visitors, vendors, and non-cleared personnel within controlled or restricted areas, as required.
