Explore Schools in Brooklyn is seeking a Program Manager to join the Operations team. The role focuses on building and enforcing strong systems to support instructional and operational needs; in-person work is required in Brooklyn, NY.

You will collaborate with leadership, manage data and assessments, and coordinate staff training and communications. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience are preferred, with strong Excel skills and a commitment to equity and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excel proficiency preferred for data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and leaders to align operational support and relationships.
• Implement systems and operational support for instructional teams, meet deadlines.
• Manage and share scholar data via SIS, assessments, enrollment, grades, and reports.
• Lead staff training for SIS, assessments, gradebooks, and data analysis.
• Manage family and internal/external communications structures.
• Coordinate testing administration, scoring, and data analysis.
• Create and disperse school schedules and manage digital curricula.
• Handle additional operational duties and ad-hoc projects.
