The Program Manager develops and leads maternal/perinatal initiatives, working with the Maternal Medical Director and regional clinical leaders to standardize practices, ensure evidence-based care, and promote operational excellence.

• Responsibilities include strategy development for service lines, education, physician collaboration, and resource utilization to enhance growth, safety, and patient experience.
• Requires a BSN, RN license (NM or compact), Neonatal Resuscitation Program, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification.
