The role entails leading a residential facility, supervising staff, and ensuring program quality and compliance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in human services (or related field) with 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree with 5 years of experience, plus a NYS driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services (or related field) with 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License required; driving is an essential function of the position.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership for the residential facility and day-to-day operations.
• Supervise and train direct care staff; perform orientation and ongoing assessments.
• Prepare staff schedules, participate in hiring, and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations; maintain records and reports.
• Transport clients to appointments as needed and manage crises or emergencies.
