Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate and manage the daily operations of our program services. The role emphasizes ensuring staff orientation and ongoing training, while developing, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring all aspects of the program at the highest level.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of lead experience in human services, the Designated Coordinator designation, solid computer skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2 years of lead experience in the human services field.
• Must qualify as a Designated Coordinator.
• Must have basic computer skills, good decision-making, time management and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation.

• Starting Salary $52,000.00 - $53,430.00 annually *Listed salary range is based on experience level and may vary depending on an individuals skills and qualifications.

Job Description

The Program Manager is responsible for coordination and management of the daily operations of the overall services. The two priority areas of responsibility include ensuring orientation and ongoing training of staff and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. The Program Manager should have direct communication and access to the director and all supervisors within the organization.
