Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a skilled Program Manager to provide direct professional support for ACCORDS DISC and DCC activities. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate regulatory and data management components, and communicate status to stakeholders.

The role reports to the DISC Director and entails developing processes and service center operations. The position is hybrid, offering campus-based work three days a week with in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 4–6 years of progressively responsible experience in project coordination or management, business planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for DISC and DCC initiatives, develop and maintain plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor multiple concurrent projects, identify barriers, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Provide administrative support to DISC leadership including scheduling, agendas, materials, notes, and follow-up on decisions.
