Job summary

Irvine Technology Corporation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead logistics technology programs remotely in the United States. You will connect business and IT to prioritize initiatives, guide migrations, and enhance shipment visibility and transportation operations.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of program management experience, including approx. 5 years in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with shipment visibility platforms or transportation management systems (TMS).
• Background leading new platform development, technology implementations, systems integrations, or customer migrations.
• Strong business acumen to prioritize initiatives, make recommendations, and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work Eastern Time hours and coordinate with offshore teams.

• Partner with business and IT leaders to establish priorities, evaluate opportunities, and determine high-value initiatives for platform development and growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through development, re-platforming, customer migration, and onboarding, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational needs into actionable plans with informed recommendations.
• Establish program governance, communicate progress and risks to leadership, and leverage AI to improve program execution and outcomes.
