Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a seasoned project/program manager to lead multiple regulated development projects from inception to hand-off. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure milestones align with customer and company expectations.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in engineering, experience in FDA/ISO environments, and a proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required or preferred.
• Master’s degree in business or technical field welcomed or desired.
• Certification in Project/Program Management (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience, 4+ years in regulated product environments, plus 3+ years in PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of multiple projects with varying complexity.
• Set up and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules in the PMO framework.
• Forecast, monitor, and report on project performance and risks.
• Collaborate across marketing, quality, regulatory, design engineering, and manufacturing teams to execute programs.
• Mentor associates and manage up to 2–3 direct reports as needed.
