Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Program Manager, Recruiting Enablement in New York to design, build, and deliver training that helps recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, and hiring managers do their best work. You’ll create e-learning, live sessions, and job aids that leverage AI to streamline hiring workflows.

You’ll partner with the Senior Enablement Program Manager to shape the enablement roadmap, own design quality, and ensure programs scale across a growing global team.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with strong instructional design background.
• Experience creating e-learning, live sessions and job aids.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training for recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, and hiring managers.
• Develop onboarding and enablement programs with measurable impact.
• Partner with senior enablement leadership to roadmap enablement efforts.
• Maintain and improve learning content in the learning platform.
